Why should I hire a wedding or event planner?
Every event has a special purpose – whether it’s a company event, private celebration or wedding. Dealing with this is the core competence of the wedding or event planner. It is important to consider many details and all the little things – from the conception and organization to the execution and reflection. We – as wedding and event planners – have the experience for this. We would be happy to advise you on all aspects of your party or event (see AZ), look for cooperation partners together with you and negotiate with these conditions and general conditions.
Do I have to research and negotiate beforehand?
No need to waste your valuable time researching and negotiating. We have the appropriate network (regional, national and international) and the negotiating skills for this – so you are free for your actual work. As wedding and event planners, we have the experience and can advise you on all aspects of the event (see AZ), select cooperation partners together with you and negotiate with these conditions and framework conditions.
Do I have to take care of the wedding myself?
You can look forward to your wedding calmly and relaxed, always knowing that everything will work out and be implemented in your interest. You can enjoy the preparation and organization phase as well as your party itself and the “after”!
How are unforeseen topics dealt with at the festival?
With us you have a partner who weighs up all eventualities, prevents any “problems” as best as possible, does not allow them to arise and, most importantly, guarantees the goal of your party or event.
How much does my party - my event cost? how much does the wedding or event planner cost?
The costs are of course based on your budget. If you have not yet thought about the costs, we would be happy to work out a budget together with you. The costs for the wedding or event management depend on the corresponding effort and are discussed in detail in advance so that there are no surprises later. But you definitely won! – You save time, stress and money! All topics that you can use much more purposefully – privately or in business.
Why should I turn to you exactly?
A very good question that we are happy to answer without overconfidence: because we are the best in Salzburgerland. We actually have a lot of experience, we really know what is important and what you should pay attention to, have already experienced a lot, know the area, its companies and our cooperation partners like the back of our hand and very important for you – we approach your wedding or your celebration carefully around.
What exactly does your service include?
For us, the best thing is to accompany a wedding or event from the beginning to the end: this includes the target work, the conception, the budget preparation and its control, research, the selection and negotiation with the various cooperation partners from AZ (e.g. location , caterers, side events, CI-compliant stationery, shuttle and any giveaways), scheduling and monitoring thereof, as well as communication and briefings. The most important thing, however, is the accompaniment and support during the wedding or the event itself. Knowing that professionals act in your interests, who know the central theme of the event, are the contact person for you and your guests and always have a plan B, sometimes C, in their pocket, contributes significantly to a relaxed party for you .
Do you also take care of post-processing, billing and feedback?
The post-processing, billing, feedback is also part or can be part of our service. This is always not possible due to the costs – we know that: of course, we also offer partial packages in exceptional cases.
When is the best time for me to consult you?
The earlier the better! Preparation takes time and the more you and we have for it, the more guaranteed success is. So don’t be afraid to ask early enough and talk to us.
What ideas do you have on how you can make my/our wedding or party unique, unforgettable and resource-saving for me/us?
Our very good network, which has grown over the years, and the experience of our team allow us to draw on the full: whether target specifications, motto selection, location scouting; as well as the many details that lead to a successful event: you can pursue your activities in a relaxed manner, we coordinate with you and take care of everything else! What happens in the event of the unforeseen?
Experience also taught us that although you can plan a great deal, not everything always goes according to plan. Flexibility is part of our trade. Whatever will happen (pandemic, illness, late arrival, red marks…) – you are in professional hands and we will find a solution for everything. As a Covid officer, we can e.g. also create a Covid prevention concept for your party.
