Your personal data, that is in particular

  • Your master data (last name, first name, address, email address, telephone and fax number, date of birth, customer number) and language,
  • the data in travel documents (passport number, passport data, date of birth, issuing authority, term, nationality) and identity cards (identity card, driver’s license, etc. including issuing authority and term),
  • the data on the payment method,
  • Master data of your guests (name, address, email address, phone number)
  • the type of service you have requested as well as the destinations, hotels, contact persons, conditions, special services, health data, personal preferences that you inform us about, and related to the service
  • special categories of data such as religious affiliation, marital status, etc. are used for our services, as well as the customer system, preparation of offers, order preparation, billing and bookkeeping, etc. needed.

This data is therefore stored, processed by us for these purposes and, if necessary, passed on to third parties with whom we work to provide the most effective and best possible service for our customers – service providers in third countries can also act as contract processors, software and agency service providers belong -, transmitted.

6. Cookies and tracking services

We use cookies, which are small text elements that are used to store information in web browsers.
